11er 11 Minute Chips French fries with juicy burger
Preparation
- Season the minced beef with salt and pepper and shape into 2 meat patties of approx. 200 g each.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sear the meat on both sides. Cook through over a medium heat for approx. 10 - 15 minutes, flatten a little with a spatula if required.
- Approx. 2 minutes from the end of the cooking time lay a cheese slice on top of each burger and allow to melt slightly.
- While the meat is cooking, prepare the "11 Minute Chips" according to instructions.
- Wash the salad leaves, cut the onion in rings and the tomato in slices.
- Slice the burger rolls in two and toast lightly in a frying pan with a little olive oil or butter.
- Assemble the burgers with garnish to taste and serve with the "11 Minute Chips".
