11er Rösti Potatoes | Cheese spätzle Vorarlberg style
Preparation
- Prepare 3-4 bags of finely grated 11er Rösti Potatoes in an oven or a pan.
- Layer the baked 11er Rösti Potatoes in a casserole together with an original Vorarlberg cheese spätzle mixture.
- Finish off with a layer of deep-frozen 11er Rösti Potatoes.
- Bake the casserole for 10-15 minutes in a 180°C oven.
- To serve, sprinkle fried onions on top and decorate with chopped parsley and black pepper.
