Preparation
Deep fryer
Place the frozen Pommes Duchesse in preheated frying fat/oil (170 - 180 °C) and fry for approx. 4 minutes until golden brown. Note! Fill deep fryer with one layer at a time only. Do not refreeze after thawing!
