The specially cut, golden-yellow French fries are a trendy side dish for any menu. The Dipper Fries are quick and easy to prepare and perfect for delicious, savoury dips. The ideal alternative to our ‘Classic French Fries” for snack fans – and one where you can taste the whole potato.

Ingredients

potato 95%, vegetable oils (sunflower, rapeseed) in varying proportions

Preparation

Deep fryer

Place the frozen Dipper fries in preheated frying fat/oil (170 - 175 °C) and fry for approx. 4 - 6 minutes until golden yellow. Note! Only half fill the frying basket, do not overfill it.

Combisteamer

Preheat the combi-steamer to 180 °C. Cook the frozen Dipper fries for approx. 9 - 12 minutes until golden yellow (turn over several times).

Fan-assisted oven

Preheat oven to 180 °C. Spread the frozen French fries evenly on a baking tray and bake approximately 18-20 minutes until golden yellow. Tip: We recommend the use of baking paper!

Oven

Preheat oven to 200 °C and bake approximately 20-25 minutes until golden yellow. Turn over hallf way through. Tip: We recommend the use of baking paper!

Air fryer

Preheat the hot air fryer to 200 °C. Bake the frozen French fries for approx. 11 - 16 minutes until golden yellow. Shake the chip basket occasionally!
