Ingredients

rosti coating (potatoes 88 %, sunflower oil, potato starch, iodised salt (salt, potassium iodide), dextrose, spice) 70%, Turkey sausages (turkey meat 67%, water, turkey fat, potato starch, spices, salt, antioxidant: ascoric acid; preservative: sodium nitrite; stabiliser: sodium nitrite; stabiliser: sodium citrates; acidity regulator: sodium lactate; edible casing made of beef collagen, beechwood smoke). 30%

Preparation

Combisteamer

Preheat the combi-steamer to 180 °C. Cook the frozen (slightly defrosted) Rösti-Hot Dogs for approx. 15 - 18 minutes until golden yellow.

Deep fryer

Place the frozen (slightly defrosted) Rösti-Hot Dogs in the frying fat/oil (preheated to 170 °C) and fry for approx. 6 - 7 (4) minutes until golden yellow. Note! Only half fi ll the frying basket, do not overfill it.

Grill

Preheat the griddle to 180 - 200 °C. Spread the frozen (slightly defrosted) Rösti-Hot Dogs in a single layer on the griddle and grill with a little fat or oil for about 15 (10) minutes over a medium heat until golden yellow. Turn several times! Kitchen appliances are subject to fl uctuations,therefore, our recommendations are only guidelines. Do not refreeze after thawing!

Fan-assisted oven

Backofen auf 180 °C Heißluft vorheizen. Die tiefgekühlten Rösti-Hot Dogs einlagig auf dem Backblech verteilen und ca. 20 - 23 Minuten goldgelb backen. Wir empfehlen die Verwendung von Backpapier.

Oven

Backofen auf 200 °C Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen. Die tiefgekühlten Rösti-Hot Dogs einlagig auf dem Backblech verteilen und ca. 22 - 25 Minuten knusprig backen. Wir empfehlen die Verwendung von Backpapier.
