11er Crispy Croquettes | in a spinach-feta casserole
Preparation
- Wash the spinach, dice the onion and garlic finely and cut the feta into larger pieces.
- Sauté the onion and garlic until glassy in a pan. Then add the spinach, steam briefly and add the cream.
- Season everything to taste with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg.
- Line the base of a casserole with deep-frozen 11er Crispy Croquettes and then cover these with the spinach and feta.
- Break an egg over the casserole.
- Decorate the dish with 11er Crispy Croquettes.
- Then sprinkle a little cheese over everything.
- Bake in a 180°C oven for approx. 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
