11er Crispy Rösti homemade style with tomatoes and mozzarella
Preparation
- Prepare the "Crispy Rosti, homemade style" according to instructions.
- Cut the tomato and the mozzarella into 4 slices and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Take 4 Rosti out of the oven and cover each with a slice of tomato and a slice of mozzarella.
- Then lay the other 4 Rosti on top as lids and arrange on plates with basil, olive oil and perhaps a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
