11er Crispy Rösti | Club Sandwich DELUXE
Preparation
- Place the 11er Rösti on a baking tray and heat for approx. 10 minutes in a 180°C oven.
- In the meantime, fry the bacon and a fried egg in a pan.
- Remove the 11er Rösti from the oven and start making the sandwich.
- Use one 11er Rösti as a base and spread with cream cheese. Then place the lettuce, ham and tomato on this. Use another 11er Rösti as an intermediate layer and then put the chicken, egg and fried bacon on top of this. Finish it off with another 11er Rösti as a “lid”.
- Stabilise the sandwich with 4 skewers. Cut the sandwich cross-wise and arrange on a bed of lettuce!
- Enjoy!
